RECRUITMENT 2024

The recruitment program is considered one of the most important projects of BEC annually. The project was developed with the key mission of recruiting competent and culture-fit human resources for the club - passionate individuals who possess suitable mindsets and who hope to intensively cultivate their leadership and business skills to gain an advantage in future career paths. Also, the project is assigned with the mission of building and strengthening the image of a dynamic and enthusiastic foreign trade student community.

We all have been striving tirelessly to achieve the dazzling goals of the future. However, there have certainly been moments when we doubted ourselves and felt uncertain about the journey ahead. Such thoughts often surround our minds, making us forget that every step we take is a significant milestone in our personal development.

While this journey is endless, it doesn’t mean we are directionless. To achieve distant accomplishments and goals, skilled drivers in this race need not only speed but also perseverance and courage when facing countless challenges that lie ahead. Every turn, every fork in the road presents opportunities and new paths to explore, because no matter the outcome, the journey will bring new meaning to the "destination”!

TIMELINE

Round 1: LAUNCH PAD - INDIVIDUAL ROUND
(20/10 - 28/10)

In this round, participants will focus on preparing themselves with the best mindset and strategies to ensure a winning opportunity for the long race ahead.

Round 2: BREAKTHROUGH CORNER - TEAM WORK ROUND (1/11 - 10/11)

This special turn is the key to turning defeat into victory. Participants must concentrate fully and showcase their personal strategies excellently, as this is the moment to "overtake" opponents, advancing further and reaching the finish line faster. However, remember that if you only accelerate without controlling and observing the surroundings of the race track, your vehicle might fall behind!

Round 3: SPRINT TO VICTORY - PERSONAL INTERVIEW ROUND (13/11 - 15/11)

After overcoming stressful challenges, this is the time for participants to reflect on the path they have just traveled, drawing valuable lessons and accumulating experience. At this point, they will be ready and full of latent energy to push themselves to the limit and speed towards the finish line ahead.

No limit to the candidate's field of study, all fields of study can register for the exam
