Throughout 17 years of operating, BEC is positioned as one of a few organizations with cross-functional projects. What are they? Made from cross-functional teams which consist of members from all departments of ours, these programs create the biggest room for all BECers to develop various skill-sets: From Marketing, Content to Sponsor, Operation, etc.
